Shipping Policy - Australia

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excludes weekends & public holidays) via Australia Post or our courier unless you specify otherwise. Allow up 7 business days for delivery to most parts of Australia depending on location. Please note that weekend delivery is not available due to shipping policies.

AVAILABLE TO ORDERS SHIPPING TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS ONLY.

For orders over $100 we offer free shipping. These orders will also be registered at no extra cost for your piece of mind.

Please note this offer is only available for orders placed online through our store.

Shipping Policy - International

ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excludes weekends & public holidays) by your nominated carrier. Transit times may vary depending on package size and destination. We will email you estimated transit time before dispatch.

Shipping Rates

We use the standard Australia Post rates.

Registering

Registering on our website, enables users to recieve our newsletter, which will have special offers and new items. You may opt out of our email list at any time by deleting your account through the Account management tools or sending an email to admin@elmstocktea.com.au

To update your details or change your password:

1.   Login in.

2.   Click on your display name which is located on the bottom right-hand corner of the page or in the log-in box.

3.   To change your details such as name, address etc, go to manage "Manage Profile" or to change your password go to "Manage Password."

4.   Enter your changes.

5.   Press "Update."
