- Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excludes weekends & public holidays) by Australia Post. All packages are trackable and require a signature upon receipt. All packages containing giftware or merchandise will be insured. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to most parts of Australia. Our shipping rates are the standard Australia Post rates.
Postage Quote
To obtain a postage quote, go to your shopping cart (the "My Cart" link is located in the top right of the page) and enter your location and postcode in the Estimate Shipping dialogue box and click the "Get a Quote" button. The postage options will then be displayed and you can then choose which option you'd like and update your cart accordingly.
FREE Shipping
For orders over $100 we offer Free shipping. However, this offer is only available to orders placed through our online store and being shipped to an Australian address only.
International Shipping

By using the Elmstock Tea Australia website, you consent to the data practices described in the statement.
- Returns & Replacements
- Tea incorrectly ordered cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. However, if an incorrect item has been shipped to you we will accept return and send you a replacement provided it is within 7 days of reciept of the product. We will also refund the shipping costs of retuning the item to us.
- Registration
- You do not need to register on our site to make a purchase, however, it's beneficial to sign up as you will then receive all our special offers, some only available to those that have registered. Also by registering your delivery details etc are available to you to make reorders quicker and easier.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Credit Card payments are processed using the eGate payment gateway from ANZ. Our site is secured by a Trust Wave Secure Cerificate and all credit card information is encrypted during the payment process. No credit card information is stored on our website.
Alternatively you can make payment through PayPal, by Direct Deposit or by sending us a Money Order or Cheque.
If you are paying with PayPal, please ensure that you return to the Elmstock Tea website via the link provided in PayPal to ensure your order is completed. If you don't follow this step your payment will go through but your order will not be sent through to us and you will not recieve an order confirmation email. This will then cause delay in the processing of your order.
If you make a purchase with either Direct Deposit, Money Order or Cheque your purchase will not be shipped until your payment has been recieved or in the case of cheques, cleared to our account. Please note this can add 3-5 days to the processing of your order.

Gift Vouchers
To apply a Gift Voucher to an online order just enter the code in the "Discount Code" box in the shopping cart. Gift vouchers can be applied to all products, including merchandise and accessories. Your voucher will also be applied to the shipping cost if applicable. - Viewing Orders
- To view your orders, go to the 'My Account' link at the top right of the website. Once you have logged in click on the 'My Orders' link in My Account menu.
- Updating Account Information
- To change any of your account details, go to the 'My Account' link at the top right of the website. Once you have logged in you will be taken to your account dashboard where you'll be able to change all aspects of your account.
