10 years ago Hilary White (founder of Elmstock Tea) wrote a series of blog posts called the Stories of Tea: A Journey through the Mysteries & Myths of Tea. With the launch of our new website we thought it would be a good time to revisit those posts (with updates if needed).
These posts are non-technical and cover things such environmental factors, distribution and the sale of tea and also unravel a lot of the untruths that surround tea. We will be posting one every fortnight, with the first one up now.
